Our company is looking to hire a new caregiving supervisor for our Conroe office. We need someone who is empathetic to the needs of our clients and caregivers. You will be responsible for assigning caregivers to clients and giving caregivers the support they need to fulfill our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure caregiving staff are following company guidelines and fulfilling clients’ needs
• Coordinate caregiver and client schedules to ensure available shifts are filled and caregivers are being utilized effectively
• Respond to caregiver and client requests promptly and professionally
• Record and report client and caregiver needs
• Serve as point of contact for clients and caregivers

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Professional and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce and client base
• Must be able to pass a background check
